The Commission aims for proposals that make it possible for the EU to deliver on important issues, in areas where it can achieve more than Member States acting alone. This requires a careful assessment both of what has worked well in the past and what could be improved in the future. This consultation is part of the process and its objective is to collect the views of all interested parties.
All citizens and stakeholders with an interest and/or involvement in issues related to migration and asylum are welcome to respond to this consultation until 8 March 2018. You can contribute by filling in the online questionnaire accessible in 23 EU languages. It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
